Trailers:Properly rated tow vehicle with a 2-5/16" ball and 7-pin connector — or skip towing with Delivery & Haul-Away
Rental agreement
Trailers:Signed on your phone before pickup — plain-language, you see every term first
Payment, deposit & fees
Payment
Trailers:Card, paid online at booking through Stripe — we never see or store your card number
Security deposit
Trailers:A refundable hold (shown on each listing) authorized on your card — a hold, not a charge. Released when the trailer comes back in the condition it left
When the deposit is used
Trailers:Only for damage beyond normal wear, a trailer that isn't returned, or one that comes back needing more than a normal clean-out
Other fees
Trailers:Optional Delivery & Haul-Away $149 flat, plus landfill fees at cost with a receipt. Nothing else is added at checkout

Damage
Trailers:You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear while it's in your care, including from overloading or the load itself. The deposit is held against this; damage beyond it is billed

Trailers:Contactless pickup from our secure lot in Plymouth, MI. Exact location and steps are sent after booking

Trailers:Delivery & Haul-Away, $149 flat: we drop it, you load it, we haul it off and dump it
Condition photos
Trailers:Taken at pickup and return — they're the record of the trailer's condition, so take them
Return condition
Trailers:Empty and swept out. A trailer returned loaded costs a dump run, taken from the deposit
Late returns
Trailers:Charged at the daily rate for each extra day
Extensions
