How do I book?+
Pick a rental, choose your dates on the live calendar, and pay online. You'll get a portal link to sign the agreement and upload your license — the whole thing takes a few minutes on your phone.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card, paid online at booking through Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. For dump trailers you pay the rental rate, plus $149 if you add Delivery & Haul-Away and landfill fees at cost with a receipt. The deposit is a refundable hold, not a charge. See the full breakdown on our policies page.

Deposits & damage
How does the security deposit work?+
A refundable hold (shown on each listing) authorized on your card — a hold, not a charge. Released when the trailer comes back in the condition it left.
When would you keep any of the deposit?+
Only for damage beyond normal wear, a trailer that isn't returned, or one that comes back needing more than a normal clean-out.
What if something gets damaged?+
You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear while it's in your care, including from overloading or the load itself. The deposit is held against this; damage beyond it is billed.

Requirements
What do I need to rent?+
A valid driver's license, a card for the payment and deposit hold, and a signed rental agreement. To self-haul a trailer, a properly rated tow vehicle with the right hitch.
Is there a minimum age?+

What do I need to tow a dump trailer?+
Properly rated tow vehicle with a 2-5/16" ball and 7-pin connector — or skip towing with Delivery & Haul-Away.
Pickup & return
Where do I pick up?+
Contactless pickup from our secure lot in Plymouth, MI. Exact location and steps are sent after booking.
What time can I pick up or return?+
Lot gate access until 10:00 PM.
Can you deliver?+
Delivery & Haul-Away, $149 flat: we drop it, you load it, we haul it off and dump it.
How should I return it?+
Empty and swept out. A trailer returned loaded costs a dump run, taken from the deposit.
What if I need it longer?+
Need it longer? Tell us before your last day and we'll sort it out.
What if I'm late?+
Charged at the daily rate for each extra day.

Equipment
Do you rent equipment?+
Not yet. Skid steers, mini excavators and other compact equipment are coming. Join the list on our Equipment page and we'll reach out when they're bookable.
